Repairs for the MacBook Pro A1226, A1260, A1229, A1261 from 2008 with the No Video problem, where the Nvidia 8600M GT (G84) Needs to be replaced, run for a flat-rate of $235.

Repairs for the iMac A1225 from 2008 with the No Video, Freezing or Video Artifact problems, where the Nvidia 8800M GTS (G92) Needs to be replaced, run for a flat-rate of $315.

The Prices in the above price list include Parts & Labor for the repair of your MacBook's Logic Board, DC-IN Board, BIL Board, and the majority of cable restores after liquid damage. 

The Prices in the above price list DO NOT Include the Price of either one of these parts in case they are  Broken or Defective

I contacted Hi-Tech after reading a review online about how they would quickly and efficiently diagnose and repair a Macbook Pro faster and cheaper then Apple. My mid-2008 machine had refused to boot anymore (Intel graphics chip failed) and I sent them an email. Hi-tech Electronics RULES! they took in my MacBook PRo - replaced the logic board - and they charges me $100 less than AppelStore and TekServe in Manhattan. Frank was courteous and prompt.I dropped off on Wednesday and told me the repair would be done on Friday...He called me up the next day and said it was ready. I got my laptop back in less than 24 hours! Hi-tech Electronics = most excellent!‎

I chose Hi-Tech Electronics to get my laptop repaired b/c of the positive online reviews. My Toshiba hardrive was wiped clean and as a result I no longer had; sound, (free) Wifi, virus protection,and or Windows software Gary (the computer technician) repaired everything for $50 in about an hour and 30 minutes The price and service are top-notch and unbeatable.   1. Contact us to obtain Repair Number or to get any questions regarding the repair answered.

  2. Pack your Laptop VERY well.

  3. Send it to the address we will provide you with, or copy our address from the "Contacts" link on this website.

  4. You will be contacted as soon as we receive your Laptop and diagnose it.

  5. Following your approval, we will repair your Laptop within the next 3 business days.

  6. Once repair is done we will send you an email or give you a call, requesting payment and explaining payment options.

  7. Once Payment is clear, Your Laptop will be packed carefully and shipped back to you by FedEx Home Delivery.

*In case if your Unit is not repairable, you are required to pay for shipping charges only. Standard shipping charges throughout the United States are $19 by FedEx Home Delivery. You will NOT be required to pay any fees for diagnostics or repair parts.

 *In case the repair exceeds 3 business days due to special order parts we will notify you.
